3H Construction LLC is a land clearing and excavation company based in Richards, Texas. Owner Ricky Haynie has been doing this kind of work since around 2016, and the business became an LLC in 2019. That’s not a long paper trail — but the experience behind it goes back further than the paperwork.
Ricky grew up in this part of Texas and has watched Grimes County and the surrounding region change dramatically over the years. What used to be open land is now filling in with homes, subdivisions, and development. He got into land clearing and excavation because the demand was real, and because it’s the kind of work he already knew how to do.
The crew at 3H brings over 35 years of combined experience across land clearing, excavation, site preparation, and related services. That experience shows in how we approach a job — we look at the land, understand what the customer actually needs, and get it done without a lot of back and forth.
We work with private landowners who are building a home, putting in a pond, or cleaning up overgrown acreage. We also work with property developers who need reliable, consistent dirt work as they bring parcels to market.
